I am currently the Director of Construction for a national asset manager. My responsibilities include creating and implementing budgets for all properties, overseeing major maintenance projects and guiding all Capital Expenditure projects from inception to completion.

As a graduate of The Ohio State University’s Architecture School, my prior experience includes Project Manager for a large REIT; over fifteen years in ground-up retail development; Director of Field Operations for a medical division for a large contractor; and owner of Kraftwerk, my own general contracting firm, for over ten years.

Trader Joe’s (Schaumburg, IL) $3,600,000

Construction of specialty grocer on retention pond in urban shopping center. First utilization of underground detention for DDR.

Retail Building (Lansing, MI) $5,500,000.

Added additional ground-up retail to existing Walmart anchored center. Returned $650,000 in savings to owner and made $150,000 in capitol improvements to center while turning over project 4 wks. early.

Regional Mall Redevelopment (Parma, OH) $75,000,000

Complete redevelopment of 1960s regional mall, including entitlement, retenanting, architectural coordination and outparcel redevelopment.

Dollar General - Ground Up Reconstruction (8 Stores, Various Cities) $1,100,000 - $1,700,000

Guided projects from entitlement through design, construction, C of O and turnover,

Ring Road Replacement (Grand Rapids, MI) $650,000

Replaced the ring road of an operating center utilizing a cost effective  reclamation technique.

Old Navy - Tenant Fit Out (Dekalb, IL) $875,000

Retrofit of previous Barnes and Noble box for Old Navy  and additional Tenant. Project managed remotely during pandemic.

Lubrizol DC Renovation (Sheffield Village, OH) $1,800,000

Upgrade of dock doors, levelers, roof and other building  systems in fully operational DC.

Façade Renovation (Chattanooga, TN) $950,000

Design and construction of façade renovation at an occupied shopping center during pandemic.

Ground Up New Multifamily (Ft. Wayne, IN) $4,700,000

New ground up 36 unit luxury apartment building at existing occupied complex.

Fire Restoration Multifamily (Ft. Wayne, IN) $2,600,000

Complete reconstruction of fire damaged luxury apartment at existing occupied complex.
